My Vineyard Journey
On 31 July 2015, I went to Devon to meet Sarah and Andrew Pharoah, owners of the sparkling wine vineyard, English Oak.
The wines were fabulous – particularly their San Gabriel Blancs de Blanc.
On 7 April 2015, I went to Somerset to meet Iain and Jane Awty, the owners of the family run Oatley Vineyard.
The couple were delightful!
On the 22 January 2015, I visited the world-famous English Vineyard in Camel Valley to meet winemaker, Sam Lindo.
In 2014 I tried Camel Valley’s 2010 vintage of the Decanter award-winner sparkling Pinot Noir, which became my best rated wine of 2014 at 93% BFWR Ben Franks Wine Rating 🙂 .
If you’d like me to do a write-up on your vineyard – I would love to meet you.
