Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2014

All that fine and fabulous gooseberry flavour in a zesty, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from Oyster Bay.

Oyster Bay have been getting better and better over the last few years, and their 2014 crop has produced some truly brilliant Sauvignon Blanc single varieties. Versatile, plenty of lemon and gooseberry fruit, with that crisp finish we all love.

This is a people-favourite. It won’t blow you away and, yes, there are some better Sauvignons out there. But if you want a Sauvignon Blanc that shows off the typical New Zealand style – and does it brilliantly – then you can’t go wrong with a bottle of Oyster Bay.

Nearly green in colour it exudes freshness. Serve lightly chilled.

…White fish, cherry tomatoes or green salad. Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect partner for high acid meals, so try cod with a lemon and watercress dressing.
